Outbound calling to customers currently to promote and sell ADT by TELUS products/services
Meeting customers face to face once the business is fully resumed and providing correct product information and closing sales
Focus on achieving daily sales targets (Individual and team targets)
Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from outbound calling activity
Have a clear understanding of the ADT by TELUS products and services
Provide with correct information and make regular follow-ups with the customers
Ensure all our customers’ needs are met through the professional, high-quality customer service solutions
Actively participate in day-to-day activities such as training sessions, mentoring, developing marketing strategies
Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services
A valid BC driver's Licence is preferred
A valid BC Security Alarm Sales licence is preferred
