Technical Sales Specialist (NOC: 6221)

What you will do:

• Outbound calling to customers and provide them IT Support, Inventory management, Warehouse Automation and other IT solutions.
• Meeting customers face to face and provide correct product information and conduct sales.
• Focus on achieving daily sales targets (Individual and team targets)
• Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from outbound calling activity
• Provide with correct information and make regular follow-ups with the customers
• Ensure all our customer’s needs are met through the professional, high-quality customer service solutions
• Actively participate in day-to-day activities such as training sessions, mentoring, developing marketing strategies
• Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services

A valid BC driver’s License is required

We provide services in IT Support, Inventory Management, Warehouse Automation and Marketing. We, at Trehan Consulting Group Inc., mentor our representatives towards their journey to entrepreneurship.
